(that is when Happiness of the surrounding world is your Happiness, while its pain and suffering is your Grief) with complete non-attachment to the results of one's deeds when cultivating in oneself the foundations of the Great Impartiality, everywhere and in everything following the principle "Lord, Your Will is Omnipotent, - Yours but not mine! So be it!" In doing so, it is utterly important to see in any man a God and a Teacher, matching all one's thoughts and actions to gradually growing voice of the Conscience.

Drugs-free medicine of the future Golden Age is one of the elements of practical use of Cosmic Relaxation. Positive thinking, purification procedures combined with different kinds of short-term fastings and Cosmic Relaxation make up the main moments to successfully get rid of cancer, AIDS, radiation sickness, tuberculosis, diabetes and the like byproducts of the humankind civilization, on the assumption that the most extreme and neglected conditions were not reached yet. Cosmic Relaxation is the only key for the spiritual and physical survival of the whole humanity. In the Open Cosmos there are only universally accepted moral-ethical principles that gradually change on each turn of the evolution.
Cosmic Relaxation is an experience of practical contacts of the Highest with the ones below. It lies beyond the boundaries of mind's activity and intuition. Cosmic Relaxation is a Foundation of Omniscience of the Radiant People, the representatives of a future Golden Age. For during the whole history of a humankind not even one hundredth of human psychophysical resources had been used.
Cosmic Relaxation - is an automatic situational use of the knowledge of yoga, dance, karate, massage and acupuncture techniques for the sake of others, and also is an opportunity to receive the direct answers to scientific and technical questions at the level of intuition during the seances of communication with other worlds and psycholayers of the Universes, and much much more not listed above. The Cosmic Relaxation offers unlimited opportunities in both peaceful and military-economic spheres. The progress depends on the might of a positive potential being cultivated, for the Moral-Ethical Communism forms the foundation of the Supermind.
The Supermind is, first of all, a Military-Economic System. Where on all the turns and steps of evolutionary ladder the right to live belongs only to the strongest, the First among the Equals. A one hundred per cent selfsacrifice to the Highest (with ideal transmission of His materialised Psychoenergy informations down to the lower ones in place) is the only key to all the chapters of Cosmic Knowledges.
Before starting any kinds of spiritual practice, for additional safety it is necessary to undergo a course of cleansing procedures. Where the dry fasting combined with positive thinking is the same preventive measure for the soul and the whole organism as cleaning of a nose, stomach and intestines, as a contrast shower and the sun baths... By purifying from parasitic entities and toxins, the mind, soul and body are becoming more sensitive to work on the intuition plane: they acquire flexibility, fluidity and maneuverability in perceiving the outside world in truly existing reality. Besides, it is recommended to put a new content only into a clean vessel.
Relaxation exercises always begin with the exercise for burning-through the egospheres "Peace, Happiness to All!", and also a prayer (from moral-ethical setting) and the work with mantra "AUM PADME HUM! - IHT YARANGE HUM!" ("Peace, Happiness to All! - Be Happy Yourself!"). That's how the Tibetan mantra sounds in Sanskrit and in a liberal literary translation. In doing so, only its first part is used for work, while one mentally irradiates from the middle of the chest a white colour light with gold into all directions. It is desirable to work with mantra having resonantly tuned oneself through the prayer in unison with the energy current of corresponding psycholayer of the Universe.
The prayer is a unification with currents of certain frequencies and amplitudes of vibrations that resonantly correspond to similar to them cosmic psycholayers.
The verbal tuning and work with mantra must be done in such a way that one could feel the influence of the energetic current of Open Cosmos. That is followed by going over to Cosmic Control and a calm observation of all bodily acts without interfering into its actions. Only a passive control is required, not more than that. That gives an opportunity to commute and in accelerated manner build up the consciousness in evolutionary direction.
Otherwise, if a man is cheating using the words as a smokescreen, he will be commuting himself into the direction of his secret, true wish. And if he sends a negative impulse towards others wishing them evil and misfortune, either in this or in consequent incarnations he will himself reap its strengthened fruits - owing to additionally received and misdirected spiritual energy of the Open Cosmos, that is not directed towards the well-being of everything living and suffering.
Therefore a prayer - a mental tuning to its level of spirituality and confluence in it with the certain Psycholayers of the Universe - is the most effective weapon on the way to the Supermind. To make it most effective use it's absolutely necessary to create the needed coherent, unison state of one's soul and a Cosmic Energetic Current, so as having united with it become One Whole.
After a general wish to all of peace and happiness along the six directions from the middle of the chest (because all people are emotionally commuted with each other, through their hearts, via karmic interrelations central switchboard) it is easy to come into a contact with souls and hearts of the people of similar level of development. In case of accelerated individual spiritual growth the level of common to all mankind Consciousness also respectively rises. It's as if a man is walking up or down the stairs, in accordance with his secret inner prayer, and thus fast raising the type of consciousness he wants, at the same time dragging in its wake (up or down) the circle of likewise minded individuals with kindred spiritual vibrations.
Besides, the white rays with gold (or without it) enable piercing the shells-spheres in inner bodies and breaking through the strata layers of Ego by scorching tactics. Therefore after correct execution of a six-pointed cross "Peace, Happiness to All!" and burning out one's Ego with its rays a prayer or a verbal tuning to a respective emotional state follows. That is the prayer becomes as if a watchful reminder of what you're to do and in what direction to go for the right spiritual growth of a consciousness.
After preliminary emotional tuning (after a prayer - reminder) a real prayer - Mantra, follows. Thanks to its terseness it's easy to create for yourself and others the required energetic current of spirituality directed towards good of everything living and sentient being. Otherwise, the strength of a negative energy flow fixed and strengthened in Nirvana will bring a corresponding karmic fruit to its author. (Nirvana - Vishudha-chakra is the center of karmic memory of all actions, thoughts and wishes of a man.)
If you consciously enter the current, mantra can be left alone. For the main purpose of mantra, beside its prayer function, is to stop the work of thought.
The personal energy of man must be directed toward the well-being of the surrounding world and his individual spiritual growth. Alternatively, the soul will slide down the involutionary path of development. Cultivate in yourself a positive thinking. This is extremely important at the initial stage of evolution.
Consciously being in the current, one should follow the principle "God, let everything be at Your Will, - Yours, but not mine! So be it!" - that is one should switch to the Second System of Cosmic Control and let the Highest, with the help of a crude physical body, help you clean your psychoenergy channels, as well as lead you the shortest way in the chosen spiritual direction. For amidst the trap-mines for uninitiated you do not know the safe passages in the Great Void. Only he who has passed this Way knows them. Here what's of utmost importance is your moral position: to live for the good of others, when the Happiness of others is your Happiness, and their pain and suffering is your Grief. This is the only compass-barometer, your Conscience, which would show you the right way to the Creator, for Moral-Ethical Communism is His foundation.
It's time to stop the kid's game with thoughts-bricks. One must grow spiritually so as to become a Builder of Cosmos and its Creator, not to remain a greedy, stuffed with all sort of rubbish brute that consists of overhanging belly, brains of chicken and swinging genitals. After all, Man is created in God's own image. That's the only reason why he has the right of free will when choosing the path of his spiritual development. Here the Will of a Human is Sacred, and no one in the world has the right to violate it. Everything in this world is created for Man, while he is created for God, so as in the process of spiritual evolution to become Him, not less than that; or starry-galactic fuel if developing along the involution. Such is his right - the Right of a Sacred Will.

After the tuning onto a prayer-reminder we begin intensive, as intensive as possible, non-stop work with the first part of the Tibetan mantra "AUM PADME HUM! - IHT YARANGE HUM!", by either saying it mentally or whispering so as not to disturb the others: "AUM PADME HUM! - AUM PADME HUM!" (and so on), - in an emotional expressive manner along the circle, with constant irradiation from oneself, like a Sun, of a white light with the gold (one can keep his eyes either open or shut as he wishes). The mantra may be chanted in any language or dialect of the planet, with its meaning being: "Peace, Happiness to All!!!" What's most important is to stick to a one core thought in a circle: "Peace, Happiness to All!!!" - and let your body in a natural, liberated and relaxed state to perform any actions, without harming yourself and the others.
When working with mantra for a long time, stick to it as if your whole life depended on it if various thoughts and doubts would begin haunting you, because throughout all this time the negative entities, your parasites, would hamper you. Moreover, they can paralize you body in convulsions, cramps, and so on. Fear not. This is a normal phenomenon. It will go away upon completion of the exercises. You are just simply troubled by the negative consciousnesses which parasitize on you and govern all your intentional and unintentional acts and activities. They do not want to leave the body of their provider but are forced to do so, because their strictly negative nature cannot stand positive vibrations of "Peace, Happiness to All!" type.
This is your personal "treasure" accumulated during your numerous lives. Christ was calling such parasitizing on your organism consciousnesses "the devils". Feel no pity for them when they leave you. They may return in even greater number as soon as such opportunity arises. If only you had the energy - which they feed on. They exist thanks to the negative energies, emotions, feelings, thoughts and wishes which you irradiate and cultivate. It's their bread. You are their breadwinner and sugar which they devour making a starry-galactic fuel out of you. So feel no pity for them, they will feel no pity for you.
One had better practice Cosmic Relaxation with accompanying music, 3-4 times a day, at least 30-40 minutes at a time. Besides, you can work with mantra around the clock in any place you may find suitable and convenient, the main point is not allowing the mind, negative emotions and wishes to function. It can be any kind of music if you are exercising at home. If there is also a vocal, it would be better if it is in some "foreign", unknown to you language, so as not to provoke the thoughts and their projections.
As religion is a science about the ways of Cosmic Energies and Consciousnesses development and is expressed in various symbols accepted by the developing civilizations at various stages of their spiritual growth, the words: Dao, Supermind, Great Void, etc. can be substituted by the other words that are readily understood and permitted by the local legislation for general use. For the essence of the foundation of the Great Void In Action doesn't change. It is suffice that the rigid ideological constructions consisting of petrified words-dogmas and their symbols brought about all sorts of nonsense and mess which lead in many countries to bloody absurds. Which unavoidably relates to the violation of a Sacred Will of a Human whilst he is voluntarily choosing his evolutionary or involutionary path of the development. Therefore the words in moral-ethical setting, or in prayer-reminder, can be changed to any other words which are apt in a given situation and will not hurt the delicate feelings of "the mighty ones of the world". Evolution, just like involution, - is a strictly voluntarily business, for "each will be judged as he judged, spoken of as he spoke, and done by as he did". Since every biorobot always carries on him his own dossier, with which he never parts, in the form of the residual magnetism of memory which consists of his cultivated and generated thoughts and wishes of various taste and colour.
An example-template of a normal word substitution while using the moral-ethical setting in spiritual practice, for those who wish to follow the Laws of Evolution: "Glory to Great (Dao, Supermind, Christ, Allah, Jehovah, Brahma, Moral-Ethical Communism, Sabaoth, Absolute, Krishna, Cosmic Server etc.) - the Immortal Creator of the Universes..." When working with mantra one can use any words of any world language or dialect, including esperanto. For example, those who have a "communist" upbringing can use, as a mantra, the words: "Glory and Eternal Remembrance to the Communism!" carrying during the work with them a mental wish to all living and sentient being "Peace, Happiness to All!!!"
One must always remember that Moral-Ethical Communism is the foundation of the Supermind and that any mantra is a temporary crutch to break through into the lower layers of Omniscience of the Great Void In Action. It's not that important what you utter, but rather what you cultivate and generate. The words of mantra can vary but their inner meaning must always remain the same - "Peace, Happiness to All!!!"
