READING TECHNIQUE

This program can be mastered for relatively short period of time. There are 6 sessions in total. And each of them should be given 2-4 days. Make an effort to memorize everything by rote during the training sessions, so that in every difficult for you situation (for example, you have to work over a very big text in a very short time, or when some other difficulties or circumstances are arising) you could , without looking into the printouts, open up any book, and go accurately through all the exercises in a row for more accelerated entry into the current. If you did not feel yourself being in the current, go through all the exercises one more time. Such a reading even takes off a bad mood. Brain's grey cells increase their productivity and sensitivity, and owing to that the reading goes much easier and faster. When you will be managing any subject of a study lightly and easily, there will be no need to drudge through all the exercises in succession in the future. Applying any of them will be more than enough.

  1. Take any book or newspaper and put it on the table. Stand up in front of it and, having memorized any fragment of the text, pronounce it aloud letter by letter, as if examining them. For each vowel letter show the palm of a right hand, and for each consonant - the palm of a left hand. The palm should be kept above this book. There is no particular order in pronouncing the words. They can be read both in succession and haphazardly. Exercise in any convenient for you time of either day or night, time is not limited. What's important is that after 2-4 days the letters accompanied by an open palm should bounce off you, as if off your teeth, at a fast pace and without stumbling.
  2. Change the book, desirably onto the one without pictures. One may devote more than two hours a day for this exercise. All the three points are going in the playing mode. Do not try to turn your head around, sit still reading through the obstacles created by one's both hands.
  3. To improve the effectiveness, try to dedicate more time to this exercise. Left hand is working with the left side of a book, right one - with the right. That's how they should be alternated with each other. Take a note that there is only one exercise for the right hand. Periodically perform a facial massage.
  4. During the exercises periodically massage the neck-bones, ears and eyes.
  5. First 2 days repeat 4 exercises you have already passed, not more. For on the third day a load for the psyche could be too large.
  6. This exercise can be given a whole week.

Devote the next week for repeating the whole program.

DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE

The following exercise will help to be confident in oneself and solve arising problems. Sit down on the chair straight and make an effort not to move, even breath superficially as if you are lying perdu or hiding from the chase. This exercise can be read to oneself or in a whisper: "Thinking, singing, thinking, going, sat down, drink a tea, don't be bored often, this is not the case, stand and sing, stand and wash, sit down and remain sitted, stay and watch, they, you, where, knock on the door, toast."*

This unpretentious text should be read until you flounder and come out of this current. And to go off it is likely to happen quite often because of some thought entering the mind at such moment, or because of the mistake, or even because you will want to make a move. Do not attempt to continue doing this exercise by volitional impulse after that. First one should have a bit of rest, and only after that to get down to work again. This kind of training for the mind and body enables a man to work in difficult conditions, it also helps to relieve a mental stress from the brain convolutions.

TEXT CODE AND MIRROR

The words can litter our ether, astral and mental bodies, as a result of that a depression may set in and you will be unable to productively read and memorize the texts.
