Now we are going to dwell a little on the representatives of the mineral, vegetable, and animal realms which are on their spiritual way of development in the evolutionary and involutionary ranks.
The whole world is divided into two main types of developing consciousnesses: one, ascending, evolutionary; the other, descending, involutionary. All is strictly voluntarily, on the basis of their thoughts-and-wishes.
The planetary cycle determines how long these consciousnesses will be tested. When it is over, and the incarnate Avatar has appeared on the Earth, the consciousnesses are finally placed in zones and levels of their development, in accordance with their Karmas and annihilation motives.
The Planetary Avatars, the Masters of the planets, are divided into three basic types: the Planetary Avatars, the Planetary Avatars of The Universe, and The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe. Everything is in their power. Some of them control only one or several planets, others - several dozen of them. The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe have in their possession a hundred, or several hundred of planets, but all this makes no difference for them, because they are all equals, being THE PERSONAL AND FULL INCARNATIONS OF THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSES.
The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe usually visit the Earth at the moment of big recommutation of galactic systems, as well as when the level of some particular planet, inhabited by biorobots of man type, has become higher. The Planetary Avatars of The Universe perform the same function, unless it is beyond their power. If not, The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe step in.
The Planetary Avatars control one or several planets. They are the final judges for the consciousnesses raised in biomachines. With the start of the Earth cycle the collection of the consciousnesses takes place, the owners of the biomachines of various grade, which act out the mysterious dramas and tragedies about the ways and faults of the developing Universe. By the end of those performances they have finally taken their zones and levels of The Being. The Avatar comes and thoroughly checks everything. Blessing those who progress, and giving the chance to those who sincerely and honestly wish to continue the struggle in the animal, vegetable, and mineral realms with further options for the spiritual development at the transfer of the consiousness to a biomachine of man type. All the rest go down the involutionary lines. Besides, as these consciousnesses in the course of their performances, have earned their death penalty, - the annihilation along the involution, with the coming of the Planetary Avatar of any rank, it deteriorates into the annihilation along the involution in pain (for those, naturally, who earned this, who was personally involved in an attempt on the freedom of any Vishnu-consciousness).
All Avatars and The Great Teachers of The Universe have the mirror defence, and, thus, are not responsible for the reaction to the impulses that enter their biomachines. Any signal they receive is enforced and returned to its owner, with all pleasant or unpleasant consequences. Naturally, the Karmas, which have negative tuning of their consciousnesses, having addressed such energy-signal to the Workers of the Open Cosmos whose mirror defence reflects it, destroy everything connected with them along information lines of similarity, not only physically but spiritually as well.
The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe can destroy up to 10-15, or more, generations of the consciousnesses, but this is an active part of their work. It's not used, as a rule, it's only for those who was personally involved against The Avatar or His Teacher, the Creator of The Universes, of whom he is the Personal and Full Incarnation - so as to destroy all sources, carriers of such-like informations.
After checking the level of spiritual development of the raised consciousnesses, they are placed in their zones and levels of The Being in accordance with information, resonance and annihilation motives. The Avatar's decisions are final and cannot be appealed against, for they are the true Masters of the whole Open Cosmos, in the spheres entrusted to them. The involutionary consciousnesses remain to repay their Karmic debts only in the involutionary ranks, with the only chance of moving to the evolutionary realm in the case of rescuing a human being or trying to help the Representatives of The Supermind.
The evolutionary development of the consciousnesses doesn't guarantee them their way upwards with safety and impunity. Because they, in the process of evolution, just strengthen their positive aspects up to intuition, for they never know, being incarnated, who they might meet in case of an examination. And should they dare to 'spit' at some Worker of the Open Cosmos, they would be punished the same way, as the representatives of the involutionary class. Therefore the spiritual disciples, representatives of the Vishnu consciousness, during their period of study, break off all ties with the next of kin, friends and acquaintances, although this cannot happen in their case, for everything has already been checked and examined during their previous reincarnations.
The mirror defence of The Great Teachers of The Universe and Avatars allow them to work undisturbed, paying no attention to others. What signal they receive, the same they return to its owners, only reinforced by the protective mirrors. The Good is repaid with Good, the evil with the Evil.
The representatives of the involutionary realms develop along two main directions. The first one - air space. Everything that flies and flutters belong to it. Its representatives in the normal human life pursued pleasure, power, and such like, growing in vanity and ambition. To achieve their goal, they moved upwards and upwards. Their qualities in the physical aspect determine their hierarchical position, i.e. their class and place in the involutionary realm, in which they are to remain to repay their debts.
The water habitat is inhabited by those who in normal life went in for occultism, yoga, magi and tried to influence others at the level of the conscious and subconscious, without helping them to leave the circle of sansara, and using to this end (in their selfish interests) the fine energies of The Cosmos, which are given to them for their spiritual development. All of them are guilty of violating the Sacred Will of Man in his choice of his spiritual development.
The spiritual practice (without its true understanding at all the levels of developing consciousness) leads to the worse consequences for pseudo-believers than those who have put pressure on people (following the Creator's script) implementing their social duties. Exercising in occultism, yoga, magi, karate and other religious practices without a previous absolute perfection of all rules and norms of Moral-Ethical Communism is equal to spiritual suicide.
The watters of the seas, oceans, lakes, and rivers, as a liquid habitat for the involutionary representatives symbolizes the sphere of conscious-subconscious.
These two main theatrical involutionary realms are followed by the third, animal one. It's a transitional chain to the evolutionary ranks. As animals are in a closer contact with Man than the rest, so they have bigger chance to help him and to develop in accordance with The Law of The Sacrifice-and-Self-Sacrifice - The Highest Law of The Open Cosmos for all the developing consciousnesses. This allows them to finally perfect their Shiva-consciousness, having reached the power heights in the animal world, then, having given it up, to move to the evolutionary ranks, gradually improving their positive aspects at all levels of the mineral, vegetable, and animal realms, man including. That is, they are a kind of link to the evolutionary ranks. Therefore, the animal realm has always been divided distinctly in two classes - evolutionary and involutionary ones.
Evolutionary kinds are characterised by their self-sacrifice, which determines everything. All the consciousnesses which voluntarily enter this class learn the art of self-sacrifice for the sake of others, for THE LAW OF THE SACRIFICE-AND-SELF-SACRIFICE IS THE HIGHEST LAW OF THE OPEN COSMOS for all The Developing Beings. And those who practice it are automatically listed as representatives of the evolutionary realms. (Now we are just slightly touching the questions connected with the biomachines' role in the planet's ecology, humankind, and the whole Open Cosmos, and giving a brief classification of the raised types of consciousness.)
Representatives of the air space of the involutionary realm is a theatrical, hierarchical ladder of participants and accomplices in the ordinary earthly power in its various forms of its manifestation. The inhabitants of the water space, occultists and priests of all kinds and religions influence the consciousnesses of others and capture power at the conscious-subconscious levels. All representatives of the involutionary ranks on the planet clean up and transmute the negative energies, generated by the people. They process them for their star-galactic systems, thus repaying gradually their karmic debts.
Thoughts-and-wishes, or psychoenergy of various frequencies, other data, are emitted by stars and galaxies in all possible combinations in accordance with the scripts of The Great Void In Action. They enter the Earth, where man receives them, and uses them to form the necessary, for him, type of consciousness. Why do the all imaginable polarities reach the Earth? Because The Supermind allows all beings to freely develop, but in their own zones and niches of The Being. That's what the stars, planets, and galaxies are for. They are the safe heaven for the certain types of consciousnesses, the so-called thoughts-and-wishes, from which, later on, various drafts, holograms, nature phenomena, etc. are created. One may call these processes as one likes, but they are, first of all, the scenarios obligatory for performance on the planets like the Earth planet, and so are the metaprograms acted out personally by people and representatives of other realms.
Everything, developing at the levels of the matter and consciousness, occupies its band of frequency, its psycholayer. All types of thoughts-and-wishes, generated by stars and galaxies, have an ideal, bodiless form of The Void. And in order to satisfy their wishes and store up energy, they need biomachines like an atom, a fish, bird, man, etc., in which they could develop their type of consciousness, satisfy their desires. And with man being the peak of the evolutionary development, all assault him, because he is the most powerful generator of various kinds of energies. It's his own free will to choose and raise the type of consciousness he needs, because only he has the right to choose his way of spiritual development, to the Creator or from Him, into galactic fuel, giving his personal energy to the entities, surrounding and attacking him, and forming out of them his consciousness.
All negative types of consciousness later destroy themselves, and the strongest of them are raised and used by the Creator for his own purposes. Those who go to The Supermind generate energy toward Him, meticulously observing His Laws and Moral-Ethical Norms, and thus upgrading the vibrationary level of their consciousness.
Evolutionary and involutionary types of consciousness develop strictly voluntarily. And on the Earth planet, the negative types of consciousness have more pleasant moments than positive types. Because those developing along evolution are subjected to the most stringent checks of the purity of their intentions, because later they would have at their disposal all military-economic power of the Open Cosmos so as to demonstrate in practice the superiority of the Good over Evil, with no negative thoughts being generated, neither the positive ones, for that matter.
Positive thinking is necessary at an early stage of the evolutionary development of consciousnesses. Being orientated, its possesses a lower speed and maneuverability. Whereas The Supermind and all the highest types of consciousness seek The Void as the ideal form of existence in the evolutionary struggle for survival, increasing for this their speed and maneuverability with fluidity and transparency of their forms. They try to be like The Void internaly and externaly, letting through themselves for annihilation both positive and negative vibrations, i.e. raising in themselves The Great Impartiality. Everything which is within the scope of The Supermind's Omnipotence, can be always used by the Vishnu-consciousness, because they are not attracted to any forms of thoughts-and-wishes, at the same time giving them all a chance to freely develop. Building planets, galaxies, Universes and various types of biomachines (from the atom up to man including), all this is within the power and competence of the Workers of the Open Cosmos. All this creative work is based on Wisdom of The Great Impartiality.
Each time, when a new Universe is born, its new Creators appear, and the number of the Radiant People, Builders of The Cosmos, increase. Their numbers later bring The Great Teachers of The Universe, who, with their spiritual growth, become Avatars, who, in their turn, having become Avatars, may reach the top in The Cosmic Hierarchy and become The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe.
A new-born Universe is an additional theater-hall for the public and those grown consciousnesses which participate in the training-performance. But few of them can become participants. A certain part is excluded. They finished their play, used their chances in tests and examinations, and their place is taken by another bunch of volunteers. The transfer of the consciousnesses toward the Supermind has always been an extremely meager one, because of complex and hard tests and trials.
There are planets of various grades of development, starting from the junior grades of the Earth type and up to the senior grades of the planets which have 76-80 galaxies at their disposal, or even 120-130, 400, 500, 600-900, 1,500 galaxies, where Representatives of the Highest Grades in the Hierarchy of The Supermind's Omnipotence receive their practical education. The number of galactic systems working for a planet is determined by the number of thoughts-and-wishes existing in The Cosmos and transmitted to this planet. Practically all thoughts-and-wishes that exist in The Cosmos are raised and strengthened to attack and influence these superplanets. They are lethal for the Radiant People and The Great Teachers of the Universe, due to the low level of their Consciousness. Only Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe can live and work there. Even Planetary Avatars undergo their education on the planets of lower grades. THE SUPERMIND IS, ABOVE ALL, A MILITARY-ECONOMIC SYSTEM, BASED ON MORAL-ETHICAL COMMUNISM AND GREAT IMPARTIALITY (ITS MAIN WEAPON).
Having left the crude physical body, the raised consciousness enters the Life-Death Field to determine its further reincarnations. The dominant role here is played by thoughts-and-wishes cultivated by man. Being representatives of the galactic systems, they capture the soul and try to get it into their den, where they can squeeze out of it all that is necessary for their growth and, having discarded it, set out in search of other prey. As man has a lot of negative entities feeding on him, the strongest of them is the first to feast on his energy. What's of no use is discarded, and picked up by a weaker entity, and so downwards into zones and levels of The Being. Thus man's consciousness gets rid of its parasitic entities, but not completely. Because thoughts-and-wishes that inhabited him leave their seeds and roots. And under favorable conditions, as soon as this seed starts receiving familiar vibrations, naturally, only when the soul is reincarnated into man, or any other biomachine, it begins speedily growing its type of thoughts-and-wishes and soon reaches huge dimensions. That's why child's soul is thought to be immaculate. Because before its reincarnation it went through the galactic purgatory and burned down all its parasitic thoughts-and-wishes, having left only their embryos.
MAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOUGHTS THAT ENTER HIM, BUT ONLY FOR THOSE WHICH HE CULTIVATES. And in this he's vigorously helped by his parents, family, society, and environment. In accordance with the similarity principle, remaining magnetism of memory, he raises the consciousness he needs. The process lasts all his lives in various incarnations, in which he cultivates different thoughts-and-wishes till he becomes fed up of it. Then he switches to others, more finer and powerful, till he's fed up with them too.
These thoughts-and-wishes go deep into subconscious, because he no longer responds to them, having formed an automatic rejection mechanism for them. Intuitively sensing danger on their part, he doesn't develop them, leaving them alone. But all these entities reside in him. So in addition to what he has already acquired, he grows other types of them, a grade higher or lower. And everything starts anew.
This 'wealth' has been accumulated for the millions of lives and determines the number of the evil spirits, i.e. parasitic thoughts-and-wishes, which exist in The Cosmos independently and have nothing to do with his soul. Any consciousness may start its development in any direction - positive, evolutionary, or negative, involutionary, following its tastes and inclinations. These different forms of thoughts-and-wishes grow and strengthen in The Open Cosmos until the moment of compression of Universes, which is determined by the amount of the Vishnu- consciousnesses produced.
It's normal if for the fourty million years period of humankind's existence on the Earth, about 157-160 of such Souls are produced. That is one Radiant Man per 30-40 million of the Earth residents at the moment of coming of The Main Examiner (one of The Planetary Avatars of any rank). And it may come down to one Radiant Man per one hundred millions, which is the limit of any rational exploitation of The Universe. After which its compression begins, its stars and galactic systems recommute and move to a higher grade.
The number of galaxies serving the planets is increasing - the number of theaters is diminishing, and number of thoughts-and-wishes are growing. The strongest of the developing types of consciousness survives here. An ordinary clean up with the complete use of energy wastes takes place in Cosmos. Beside this self-service sanitary clean up, the natural selection of the developing consciousnesses goes on in the Open Cosmos, where the right to live belongs to the strongest, the First Among the Equal.
Yet another, one per one hundred millions (1/100,000,000) bunch of Radiant People production, The Universe compressed more, and so on with many such compressions. As soon as the last systems have a one per one hundred millions (1/100,000,000) production of Vishnu-consciousnesses all beings will become entrapped in a common duplex-sphere, and a general compression of The Universe sets in with the dissolution of everything unfit for evolution into The Working Void through its self annihilation. The Creator retires to rest.
Positive types of consciousness are preserved for the time being. Later on, beside the waves carrying positive information, the mirror capsules of the evolutionary consciousnesses remain as beacons. They remain in a quiet state till The Working Void begins generating the waves of various type and, thus, awakens them. The aroused consciousnesses, responding to the kindred vibrations, continue their growth in the ocean of similar consciousnesses, but without biomachines, on the same conditions as all that develop in the Open Cosmos without participation of the Creator of The Universe, having, naturally, acquired through personal experience, all the information about Him.
Besides, later on the beacons of the Representatives of the Supermind's Elite were given. That is, in a certain period of time, the Envoys of The Great Light of The Supermind's Omniscience would come, who, having the direct ties with Him, gave preliminary information about Him, developing Universe, as well as the high-grade spiritual energies for a speedy growth of evolutionary consciousnesses. Then they retired, giving the Creator an additional information about the ways of development of the Open Cosmos and enriching Him with a fresh flow of energy.
In the Earth conditions and expressed in the language of puppets, it took the form of scriptures portraying the spiritual way of various prophets, and founders of new religions. They visited the planet, which symbolized the developing Universe, after long periods of time in various places as biomachines-symbols, like Christ, Buddha, Krishna, Magomet, Lao-tse and other representatives in The Supermind's Hierarchy. Periodically, they appeared among the peoples of different countries, races and cultures. (All dramas and tragedies of the developing Cosmos are always performed on the planets of the Earth type. They symbolize the initial stage of The Universe's development till the moment of awakening of its real Master).
Teachers-beacons gave the informations about what everyone is to expect when the Creator of The Universes has awaken, and having caused anybody no harm, left. For them it was just a mission, which gave them an opportunity to check some of their theories, helpful, in their view, to the evolution of the consciousnesses, and to realize all this in practice.
The Supermind grants its Workers the right to free, creative research, even though it may be a mistake, and its results are known beforehand. But it's better that the Radiant Man or a Great Teacher of The Universe tries all this for himself in practice, so that everyone could see the results all this leads to. One of the most striking examples of this is the mission of Jesus Christ, which showed in practice one of the mistaken ways of the development of the Open Cosmos, 'The Way of the Penitent Sinner'. What it gives and what it leads to.
Once one of The Great Teachers of The Universe made a suggestion, the essence of which is that once the penitent sinner (strictly involutionary consciousness) has made a sincere decision to embark on the way of The Supermind (if he is helped on his way as much as the candidate for the Radiant Man are), he will never turn off it. That is if his spiritual development is closely monitored by the Top Representatives of The Supermind, i.e. Avatars. That was the version of the 'penitent sinner'.
All the Radiant People and The Great Teachers of The Universe, up to a certain stage, undergo on the planets of Earth type their process of perfection only via The Way of The Sacrifice-and-Self-Sacrifice, for the sake of the Happiness of others, without resorting to military, aggressive or some such actions.
Avatars are representatives of the so-called 'hot workshop'. (The Radiant Men and The Great Teachers of The Universe may be called 'soft workshop', i.e. those who only give, sacrifice themselves for the others' sake, without any use of force and violence, at certain stage in their development; whereas the whole class of Avatars 'the hot workshop'). To enter the 'hot workshop' of Avatars, one must at first pass the training process of the Radiant Men and The Great Teachers of The Universe so as to grow in themselves The Great Impartiality, because Avatars are the true Masters and Creators of the Open Cosmos. They have the right not only to give, but to severely punish the offenders of their Laws.
Having passed all the tests and trials of the Radiant Men and Great Teachers of The Universe, Avatars begin their education learning the principles of work of various biomachines, starting from the atomic and molecular levels, then in mineral, vegetable, and animal realms, up to man, stars, planets,and galaxies - being controllers and examiners of the work of all cosmos mechanisms, but having this time punitive functions, in addition to the guardian ones. Two main classes of The Supermind's Elite emerge: one 'soft', other 'hot'.
Avatars are aware of the necessity to destroy the involutionary garbage, dissolving it into The Working Void, so that nothing could violate the moral-ethical norms of The Supermind. This experience have been accumulated and improved during millions of compressions and expansions of The Universes. Now the self-annihilation of the involutionary rubbish goes on automatically, and strictly voluntarily, in a self-service way.
The transfer of The Cosmos Workers to The Avatars requires the most stringent checks, as they are directly charged with the function of destroying the lower types of consciousness, down to The Working Void, through different ways of annihilation, as well as gradual lowering of them down the involutionaryladder. That's why the selection among the Vishnu-consciousnesses (Avatar candidates) is so strict, until the moment when they finally move to the 'hot workshop', having become first controllers-examiners, then desiners of The Universe.
Avatars as a whole are divided into the following groups: simple Avatars, who work at the atomic and molecular levels, as well as in the mineral, vegetable and animal realms, the activities of which they control. They are followed by the representatives of the 'hot workshop', which deal only with the mankind, Radiant People, Great Teachers of The Universe, and Avatars of the lower level. Next are the Star Avatars, dealing with stars. Then go Galactic Avatars, in whose power the whole galactic systems with their inhabitants are. On the top of it the Planetary Avatars are, who comprise and unify in themselves all the knowledge of a given Universe (with all its stars, galaxies, planets, populated by the biorobots of Man type, The Supreme Treasure of The Open Cosmos).
The Planetary Avatars are the direct creators of the biomachines of all types at an entrusted to them part of the Open Cosmos. All the preceding types of Avatars were just Examiners with the punitive functions.
The Planetary Avatars is the Supreme Power for everything existing in their systems. They are direct Creators of The Cosmos, and its Masters. (Further development of the Planetary Avatars is similar to the above mentioned scheme, only at the level of Universes.) And the number of planets of the Earth type, populated by the biorobots of Man type, but more complex and sophisticated, entrusted to them, increase. Having passed a second round in their education, the Planetary Avatars become The Great Planetary Avatars, who have in their possession at least 30-40 planets of the Earth type.
The Great Planetary Avatars in their spiritual development undergo the last, extended, course of tests and trials and become the Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe, because they comprise everything existing in the Open Cosmos in the sphere of psychoenergies. Further on only scientific research investigation, gigantic realm of science fiction. The number of planets populated by the biorobots of a more complex design, which are in possession of The Great Planetary Avatars of The Universe, increases up to several hundred. All of them have the same functions and powers, for they are the Masters of the Open Cosmos, the Personal and Full Incarnations of the Creator of Universes (their non-manifest Master). Their appearance on the planets is extremely rare, only at a time of large recommutation of galactic systems. Their coming inaugurated the most prolonged Golden Age, lasting from two thousand to ten thousand years. Everything depends on the number of the commuted by Them galactic systems and planets of the Earth type. All Avatars, unrespectfully of their rank, are Personal and Full Incarnations of the Creator of Universes.
But back to the Christ's mystery. To realize this 'Penitent Sinner' version, The Great Teacher of Universe, Jesus Christ, sacrificed his life (following The Highest Law of The Open Cosmos for all the developing beings, The Law of Sacrifice-and-Self-Sacrifice, so as to fulfill in practice the axiom 'Peace, Happiness to All! Be Happy Yourself!'), showing on his own example how one must act in accordance with the principle 'Lord, we are at your mercy'. That is, that body is nothing but a biomachine (a puppet), which must be controlled, for the sake of its most effective work, from Above, in accordance with the 2nd Cosmic System of Control. He showed to the 'penitent sinners' The Way to the Immortality of The Supermind's Omniscience, which is based on the moral values and the axiom 'Peace, Happiness to All! Be Happy Yourself!' teaching them in practice to live on a reflected light (for other, not himself) with utter non-attachment to the results of his deeds.
To realize the mistaken idea of the 'Penitent Sinner' JESUS CHRIST WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY DISCIPLE WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS CHECKS OF THEIR MORAL-ETHICAL CORE - to one's own taste. Normally, the Spiritual Teacher is obliged to check his disciples (before making them acquainted with the Supermind's activities) purity of intent, as well as their personal dedication to Him, until He is fully sure of their moral-ethical background, so as to prevent any possible troubles for them on this spiritual way, while they haven't received personal energy of a higher grade, which is extremely dangerous for morally immature consciousnesses. What's the danger?
Suppose, man's body and soul have a few hundred of parasitic thoughts-and-wishes. In the case of help of the workers of 'the hot workshop', man's parasites (his 'sins' or 'evil spirits') were burned down with fine energies, and for his spiritual growth he was advanced higher energies. But should there be any moral-ethical flaws, with the presence of a high energy source, and lack of intuition, the remaining seeds of thoughts-and-wishes would begin responding to the signals coming from Cosmos, and cultivating, on similarity principle, his parasites. As a result, their number would increase tenfold, and having emptied all his stored amounts of fine energies, they would make their provider to search for 'food'. And as they are strictly negative, man would violate all Cosmic Laws, to satisfy his wishes, and thus would seriously worsen his Karma.

They were simply unable to understand their Spiritual Teacher, because of their obtuseness and absence of moral-ethical checks of their faith and dedication to Him.
