Sat Guru Avatar Majtreya was born on the 12th of September, 1939 in Vladivostok, a city on the Far East of Russia. In secular life he was a professional musician. Thanks to his profession, as a variety actor he travelled all over the USSR and became acutely aware of the total lack of spirituality and immorality of surrounding him society, the one raised on the ideals of treachery and great proletarian principle "Plunder the spoils". The false values of sham communist invocations made him start a search of alternative way of discovering the Truth and purpose of human existence on Earth. At the age of 33 he began seriously studying the practical aspect of yoga, various schools of naturopathy, martial arts of the East and omnifarious occult subjects placing the main emphasis on their moral-ethical side, directed to get rid of the continuous round of sansara (the cycle of death and rebirth) for all the living creatures. A creative search in this direction brought its fruits. On the 31st of July, 1981 (the day of full solar eclipse) he reached the Enlightenment, having understood the meaning and purpose of his life in this world, and adopted a sanyasa, officially breaking off all kin, civil and family relationships, in order to undergo a universal cosmic cycle of education through extended chain of tests and examinations on the strength of moral-ethical foundations so as to give people the Light of True Knowledge.

These studies resulted in a book "Cynicism of Cosmic Wisdom" (its full working title is "Informations for consideration about the ways of development of Cosmos and Universes, about life on the planets of Earth type and their galactic systems"). Besides the body text of purely spiritual and scientific content it contains advance notification to the population of the Earth about oncoming cataclysms and irreversibility of all occurrent processes. The book also covers methods to fight for the survival of the Planet and its inhabitants. The book consists of genuine cosmic psychoenergy informations that overturn all deep-rooted stamps and dogmas of common to all mankind thinking, because the Earth - is a living body and gigantic biomachine at the initial stage of its evolutionary development.

She is a planet of biorobots - inhabited by biomachines of various configurations, sizes and functions. All of them are unique. Since July 1982 the process of selfannihilation of the planet became irreversible under existing conditions, due to the severe wounds sustained at the hands of humanity and gross blunders in ecology. When lice torment the body they are destroyed. That's what the planet does to people so "tenderly looking after her". As the call so the echo.

Man is just a biorobot! Nowadays, at the age of space and computer technology, that sounds like a slap in the face, like lunatic's ravings. Not everyone would "digest" biorobot easily with the use to oneself. But that is the cruelest reality.

God, Allah, Dao, Supermind, Absolute - is Emptiness, more precisely, the Great Emptiness, or Light, more precisely the Great Light (according to christian theology), or to be yet more precise - the Great Light of the Supermind Omniscience. Because it is only Emptiness that determines the form and action of any worldly emanation for everything depends on the presence of Emptiness: everything is born and dissolved in it.

Life on the Earth is the history of Universe evolution. Space dramas and tragedies about its birth and dissolution as well as the roads taken and mistakes made by all types of developing minds (or Souls) and about their interactions in the process of evolution and involution at various stages of their spiritual growth.

Spiritual path, or spiritual growth, is a practical use of methods of minds transmutation in their evolutionary development. Spiritual growth of the minds from the first wave of emanations up to the Consciousness of the Creator of the Universe is a hard one. To shorten and alleviate this process the Creator made biomachines (from an atom to a man), which drastically accelerated the progress of evolutionary development of the Universe.

The man is a biomachine made to grow out of ordinary consciousness the Cosmic Consciousness of the Creator of Universes or starry-galactic fuel (a sort of a walking kitchen-garden with ambitions and megalomania). He was created in God's own image, so like God he will be responsible for everything that is going on in the world.

Thought can either kill or cure. Having emitted the thought of murder you'd send it into space. Somebody having picked it up and strengthened, would carry it out. Thus you may be guilty of killing or crippling someone, even unintentionally. But the thought is yours, and so is the responsibility.

This remaining magnetism of the thoughts you've generated is recorded in your memory and becomes your I.O.U. - the reverse polarity, mirror image of thoughts. Unintentionally or otherwise having committed a mental act you'll reap its fruit and experience on yourself (during this life or some other) the main Law of Karma, the Law of Mirror Reflection of the Great Void In Action - "You'll reap as you sow". If you sow the wind, you'll reap the storm.

Even the highest ranking fools in Science or Politics would be able to see for themselves that any man is nothing but a mere biorobot if they learned in practice the technique of Cosmic Relaxation which is expounded extensively enough in this book. Many people are aware of this bitter truth, but being afraid of KGB and Soviet psychiatry they choose wait and see tactics of a "pregnant virgin" in the hope that everything would dissolve by itself.

For familiarising people in practice with the technique of Cosmic Relaxation and for writing the book its author, as a Spiritual Teacher, has been persecuted by the authorities and soviet psychiatry whose "care and kindness" he still feels, because in a "communist society" ideological opponent is a much more serious threat than a hardened criminal. That gave him a moral right having subtitled the book "Notes of a Lunatic" to offer his knowledge and experience for use outside the former Soviet Union.

Sat Guru Avatar Majtreya possess the abilities to pass on to people without teaching various psychic powers like healing, knowledge of yoga, dance and other psychoenergy disciplines, as well as to switch them to various Psycholayers of the Universe so as to acquire intuitive knowledges, if they mastered in practice Cosmic Relaxation and are ready to unselfishly carry the Great Light of The Supermind Omniscience to everything living and sentient being, for the sake of saving them from the circle of sansara, without any kinds of personal aspects and benefits. He is the Worker of the Open Cosmos and a Great Envoy of the Great Light of Supermind Omniscience, incarnated for the simplicity of contact with people in a crude physical body. At present time he is practising only with a few disciples and practically does not communicate with people, being fed up with various manifestations of their stupidity, having passed this unpleasant mission to his pupils and laymen, who received his preliminary consent for that.

He demands from pupils to realize in practice and implement in life the moral values of Moral-Ethical Communism and teaches them by his own example the main Law of Open Cosmos - the Law of Sacrifice - Self-sacrifice, for the sake of carrying into life the Axiom of Cosmic Wisdom: "Peace, Happiness to All! - Be Happy Yourself!" (that is when happiness and joy of the surrounding world is Your Happiness, and its pain and suffering is Your Grief!), with complete non-attachment to the results of one's deeds during cultivation in oneself of the Great Impartiality, everywhere and in everything following the principle "Lord, Your Will is Omnipotent, - Yours but not mine! So be it!" - for those below cannot understand the Highest due to their difference in educational qualification and inability to find the path to the Absolute.

A conscious surrender to the Highest becomes a necessity only when a man becomes an outcast for moral-ethical reasons, and he turns to God for help, which is given and Man's true path is revealed along which he's lead thereafter. But this does not mean that from this very moment he will "live like a lord".

Any Knowledge or Truth will be yours if they're born in pain. Everything is strengthened in struggle (at the level of physical sensations). And in order to realise and perceive that the world - is a stage where the people are just mere actors (puppets-marionettes), one ought to grow up spiritually, having passed all the checks and trials. Only having cast off his mind (in the presence of functional Conscience, Intuition and Moral-Ethical Foundation), a man could be able to advance on the spiritual path.

It's very hard and complicated to go forward always relying only on the Emptiness for support. The mind cannot do this. Because it's in its habit to always have something while in this case it's necessary to cast off everything and use only Conscience and Intuition, always losing something and having nothing but troubles in this crude material world. But such is the nature of the matter.

Spiritual Path - derivative from the word Spirit - means something invisible, the Emptiness. Spirit needs no material values. It simply jettisons them. That's why all home bred yogis and occultists, having not realized the whole depth of religious-philosophical aim of the Yoga and adding to their armoury only cleaning of crude physical body and stupid games in astral, thus went into opposite to evolution direction and became spiritual suicides. Because Spiritual Path begins with giving away, with sacrifice, but not at the level of mind but Heart.

Mind is a very keen, dangerous and sophisticated enemy. A man is his mind's slave. The more he values the mind the more foolish he loks, trying in vain life after life to nourish it.

Man is, first of all, a biorobot, who's been given a certain information - on the basis of the notions he is introduced into since childhood, to be more precise, that metaprogram which is put into the Soul before the child's birth. The more man is ready to admit his insignificance in regard to the Highest, the more sensitive and passive he is to control from Above. Faith means Trust. To totally give oneself up to the Creator - is the Highest Form of Love!

Human bioapparatus will be used most efficiently only after a man have learnt to consciously direct it, having subdued the body and mind to his control. Where a body is not the centre but an auxiliary instrument-appurtenance to the growing Consciousness. Man's tragedy is that he values his body above all so as to satisfy all earthly pleasures in various forms of their manifestation - from crude to subtle ones. The most precious thing for man is his mind - the source of all the pleasures and suffering. In pursuit for pleasures the moral stands are gradually melting away, and with them - the Conscience.

Conscience is always and everywhere runs counter to life comforts. It doesn't allow a man to accumulate negative thoughts and wishes to satisfy his stupidity. Thus Conscience permits no attachment to the earthly aspect being the vital quality for spiritual growth of the Consciousness. It's improved up to the grade of unquestionable self-sacrifice for the sake of others. It's the moment when mind is switched off and the body is used not for oneself but for others (or for the sake of others). Gradually, from incarnation to incarnation, along with the growth of a Consciousness (with the increase of speed of its response to the situation) this quality is slogged up to automatism of self-sacrifice not only for the sake of people dear to you, but unknown to you - following the Call of Conscience.

Thus Self-sacrifice becomes the first practical step on the way to mind control. Therefore the Law of Self-sacrifice is the Main Law of the Open Cosmos for all developing beings. The road to The Creator starts with it.

Unfortunately, people cannot sacrifice, even though they endlessly talk about it. Sometimes they would pay, but if they make sacrifices, they are sure to look forward to a reward. The most common sacrifice of the sort is "parents' sacrifice" with traditional accompaniment: "We toiled and saved for your sake, while you..."

Is it a sacrifice if a reward is expected? It's just a trade deal.

Therefore parents (in the majority of cases) are the real vampires in regard to their children. Each parent gives birth and education to a child primarily for himself. It's his slave. What parents should rise and educate in their child is Conscience and desire to live for others. Then, as a consequence, he automatically would not treat his parents bad.

The true happiness for a man - is to live unselfishly for others. Then an inner silence and equilibrium sets in. That means the negative entities left the body. In this state of the sprit one is already able to accept the notions of Good, Peace and Happiness for all living and sentient being not only in words but in deeds. For true man the sense of Justice, as well a Conscience, must be the most precious treasure in life.

Unfortunately man is only interested in various forms of pleasure hunting (in its various forms). Talking about the most sacred things: the Good and Peace, about Justice and...- he just enjoys it. He likes shedding crocodile tears over millions of the dead, about injustice and power dictate, being at the same time unjust, wicked, egoistic and cruel to nature and surrounding him people. One is ready to condemn anyone and for anything but oneself.

While it's in oneself where one should search for the root of the evil. If you are indignant at injustice, you must fight it, but not for your own sake, but for the sake of others, for Truth's sake. And when you understand that it's useless to change the world, even for the sake of others, you will come to understanding of the necessity to consciously change yourself. Gradually you'd come to unconditional surrender to the Highest and voluntarily give yourself up at His full command. That's what the Highest Love is - Man's essence and predestination on Earth!

Stupidity of mankind is its own Great Punishment. Attachment to material world pushes the man away from the Highest so as to prolong material existence and to enjoy its varied and sophisticated pleasures. But sooner or later all comes to an end in this world. Human stupidity reaches its apogee. Mind brought about its own death developing and upgrading various kinds of military and ecological weapons for its own destruction. Is there anything more stupid and tragic than this?! The favorite child of all, the mind, drove humankind to a dead end.

Energy directed at understanding material world with the help of some science or art feeds and strengthens the mind. As a result it becomes not a servant but a master. Developing sciences is a risky business for the humankind, as practice shows it. Lao-tse put it like this: "...The truly wise would rather let the people had no knowledge and passions, and those who had knowledge dared not to act."

Spiritual knowledge narrows material knowledge, making it more simple to only one single Truth: Man is created and destined with a sole purpose to become a Creator of Universes!!!

Mind development must be in harmony with the Spiritual development based on moral-ethical qualities, while the knowledges received must be directed at uncovering one's true predestination. All must progress from science and art to the Creator, not the other way around. But unfortunately the mankind moves away from the Great Light of the Supermind Omniscience to discovering material world so as to use it for its egoism purposes. It pointlessly wastes the precious cosmic energy to feed its mind and raise various forms of thoughts and wishes which make a galactic fuel out of its soul.

Working in some sphere if science or art man is always warmed up either by his position in society, or his wish to drive "human progress", or desire to enjoy the creative process. Mind is subtle and shy. Getting into the centre of the informational current (which is quite a feat in itself - performed only by men of talent and genius), man is forced to generate energy for a certain type of thoughts and wishes. Unable to impartially let them through for their annihilation he becomes their slave and victim. "I cannot live without art... or science..." - that's what man's approximate ideal is and his aim is to selectively get into informational current and stay there.

True Spiritual Knowledges is so insignificant in the eyes of materialists that they do not even take them seriously. Only the destruction of this material world (by means of selfannihilation) creates a groundwork for understanding these Knowledges.

THE WORLD IS CRUEL,
BUT THE CREATOR MUST BE
MUCH MORE CRUEL AND RUTHLESS,
TO HAVE THIS CRUELTY HAPPENED?!?...

Avatars are incarnated on the planets of the Earth type to give Spiritual Energy and Knowledges without which nothing living can be sustained. The old cannot create anything qualitatively new because of its structural completeness. To destroy the old which has no value for evolution, the consciousness must be transformed. The Earth cannot give itself qualitatively new information. The new comes from the outside, from Cosmos, and brings the true meaning of the Being, but only for the present moment, not more.

The Laws of the Open Cosmos are strict but just. They are ruthless to their offenders. Kindness on this planet-trap is the highest initial form of Cosmic Cruelty. That's why in fairy-tales the Good always beats the Evil. Because the principle "to Give away" - the principle of jet-propulsion suggests more speed in evolutionary development compared with the - "Grab, That's mine, Give it to me" - principle, i.e. the usual form of human greed in all manifestations based on seizure and accumulation. By doing Good to others in this theatrical world you, according to the Law of Karma, breed yourself debtors and slaves outside the stage.

That's why in the East the man who let you do him a favor is also thanked heartily. Because now he becomes your karmic debtor or let you pay your debts in currency which has no value in this existing reality. Because leaving this world you'd leave all, even your own body, and begin learning on your own skin the simple truth of the Open Cosmos "You'll reap as you sow.".

On Earth the Kindness is the Highest Initial Form or Cosmic Cruelty. It must become an unconditional reaction for Evolutionary Minds. Only having become the machine for doing Good you'd be on the first step of usual Cosmic Cruelty which would allow you to survive in an uphill evolutionary struggle. Where everything below you in the spiritual development would be your prey, or energy fuel-food. Realizing in practice the Law of Self-sacrifice so as to observe the axiom "Peace, Happiness to All! - Be Happy Yourself!", with utter non-attachment toward the results of your actions while you raise in yourself the Great Impartiality, everywhere and in everything following the principle "Lord, Your Will is Omnipotent, - Yours but not mine! So Be It!", you just increase your egoism to few magnitudes higher degree for you know that bringing happiness to others in this theatrical world you provide for your own well-being in the existing reality of the Open Cosmos.

That's why the Highest Cosmic Wisdom looks like a frank Cynicism, for those below cannot understand the Highest due to the difference between high vibrational speeds of Cosmic Consciousness and a usual human consciousness.

The Open Cosmos has no place for democracy because there's only a hierarchy of evolutionary minds where those below "voluntarily" work for the Highest (with various degrees of understanding its forced "voluntary" position being just fuel and food for those above in the spiritual development). Only relying in everything on The Creator and having unconditionally surrendered your Soul to His implicit command (wholly and totally on strictly voluntarily basis, for Human Will is Sacred) you'd be able to climb eventually all the ranks of Cosmic Hierarchical ladder and become The Creator of The Universes - you are created and destined for this.

Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to describe all the simplicity and depth of the cynicism of Highest Cosmic Wisdom in a short review article.

A robot is created for its Master,

The only true path of the spiritual development of a Consciousness lays through the Law of Self-Sacrifice for the sake of observance of the Axiom of Cosmic Wisdom "Peace, Happiness to All! - Be Happy Yourself!" (that is when Happiness of the surrounding world is your Happiness, while its pain and suffering is your Grief) with complete surrender of outcome of one's deeds whilst cultivating in oneself the foundations of the Great Impartiality, everywhere and in everything following the principle "Lord, Your Will is Omnipotent, - Yours but not mine! So be it!" In doing so, it is utterly important to see in any man a God and a Teacher, matching all one's thoughts and actions to a gradually growing voice of the Conscience.
